Founder & Builder

Raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Jonathan graduated locally before earning his degree from the University of South Carolina. Construction has been part of his life for as long as he can remember—growing up on job sites, often bringing his Tonka dump truck to work alongside his father. He later apprenticed under him through high school and beyond, learning the trade firsthand from a respected Charleston home builder with nearly 30 years of experience.

Jonathan is a fourth-generation builder. His grandfather and great-grandfather built homes in Philadelphia, establishing a family legacy rooted in craftsmanship, discipline, and pride in the finished product.

Alongside that foundation, Jonathan built a 15+ year career within major global organizations including Siemens (Smart Buildings Division), Honeywell, and most recently a global real estate advisory firm. There, he led complex initiatives, consulted on high-level transactions, and managed cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and strategic development.

This rare combination of corporate leadership and generational building experience sets him apart. Jonathan brings structured planning, financial discipline, operational precision, and consistent communication to every project—paired with the hands-on knowledge developed from decades around the craft.
